What Is P Video Edit?
P Video Edit brings Pruna AI’s instruction driven video editing model to P Video. Start from footage you already have, then describe a visual change in plain language. The source supplies the shot, movement, and timing; your instruction identifies the part you want to revise.
You can request changes to colors, materials, surroundings, lighting, or objects. Reference images are optional. This workflow is useful when the original shot already communicates your idea and you want to explore a different detail. Review the entire result: edits may also affect areas you intended to preserve.

Give P Video Edit one main change at a time. Name the target, describe its new appearance, and identify what should remain stable. These suggested prompts are starting points; they were not used to produce the example above.
Change a material
“Change the ceramic cup on the table to brushed metal. Keep the handle shape, table position, camera movement, and surrounding objects unchanged.”
Remove a distraction
“Remove the visible cable on the left side of the desk. Preserve the desk surface, nearby objects, lighting, and camera movement.”
If an edit spreads beyond its target, simplify the instruction and make the target location more specific. Change one variable between attempts so you can compare the difference.

Modes and credits
Draft vs Full
P Video Edit costs 6 credits per second in Draft for lower quality previews, or 12 in Full for a production candidate you still need to inspect. Full is selected by default.
Billing rounds input duration up: 5 seconds costs 30 or 60 credits; 5.1 seconds counts as 6, costing 36 or 72. Compare packs on P Video Pricing.
Prompt enhancement and source audio are on by default. Audio retention cannot create a track for silent footage.

Does P Video Edit require reference images?
No. A source video and text instruction are required; images are optional. Add up to four references when you need to specify an appearance, and keep their visual direction consistent.
Can I choose an exact resolution or FPS?
The current editor has no resolution or FPS selector. Draft and Full are quality modes, not promises of fixed dimensions. Inspect the downloaded file for the actual output properties.
Will every other detail stay unchanged?
Preservation instructions express your intent, not a guarantee. Fast movement, overlapping objects, and complex camera changes can affect consistency. Check multiple frames and revise the prompt if neighboring areas change.
Can I keep the source audio?
Keep source audio is on by default. It retains an existing track rather than creating sound for silent footage. The example above used a silent source, so it does not demonstrate audio quality.
Is this a complete video editor?
This tool focuses on instruction based visual changes to existing clips. It does not provide a multitrack timeline, clip assembly, or trimming controls. Finish those tasks in your usual editing software.
