Generation is billed by the second of output. That choice matters for short-form work: most drafts are only a handful of seconds long, and a flat per-clip price would punish a quick two-second test while undercharging a longer take. Per-second billing keeps the cost honest — a short experiment stays cheap, and you only spend more when an output is genuinely longer or rendered at a higher resolution. In every workflow, 1080p costs exactly double the 720p rate, which makes the trade-off easy to reason about: iterate at 720p, then re-run the keepers at 1080p once the direction is locked.

The same balance works across all three creation workflows, so you never have to pre-buy credits for one tool and run dry in another. Move from a Generator draft to an Avatar take to an Animate pass using a single account, and each generation simply draws from the same pool at its own per-second rate.
