P Video (pvideo.app) provides an independent online AI video generation service for creating short videos from prompts, images, audio, and motion references. This data is necessary to run your generation tasks and to display and deliver the results back to you.

We may collect **technical and usage information** such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, click events, approximate location derived from IP, cookies and local storage identifiers, analytics events, performance metrics, error logs, and security logs. This helps us operate, secure, and improve the service.

Prompts, Uploads, and Generated Videos

P Video processes your prompts, uploaded assets, and generated outputs so the service can create, store, display, and deliver AI videos to you. We may temporarily cache or queue this content while a task is processed, and we store generated outputs so you can access them from your library.

Do not submit private, confidential, copyrighted, biometric, or personal materials unless you have all the rights and consent needed to use them. You are responsible for the prompts and files you upload, including any faces, likenesses, or third-party content they contain.

Generated works are retained in your user library for **6 months** unless removed earlier through available account controls, abuse prevention, service operations, or a valid legal request. After the retention period, outputs may be deleted from active systems, and we are not obligated to recover expired or deleted content.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate accounts, authenticate users, process generation tasks, upload and store assets, deliver generated videos, manage credits, process payments, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain and improve reliability, develop new features, enforce our policies, and comply with applicable law.
